By using TimeDials (timedials.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

TimeDials provides world clock displays, time zone information, week numbers, and embeddable time widgets. The service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

3. Widget embeds

You may embed TimeDials widgets on your website for free. Embedded widgets load from our servers. We reserve the right to modify the widget format, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of the embed service.

4. Accuracy

TimeDials strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that displayed times are perfectly correct. Time data relies on the IANA timezone database and your browser's implementation. Do not use TimeDials as the sole time source for safety-critical applications.

5. Intellectual property

The TimeDials name, design, and code are the property of ADMK. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design or code without permission, except as needed to use the embed widgets as intended.

6. Limitation of liability

TimeDials is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including inaccurate time displays or widget downtime.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
